Dedication

I dedicate this book to my sister Mary Elizabeth (Quam) Herbers, whose charm shone brightly from her birth in 1963 to her death from cancer in 2022. She was a tremendously kind and sweet person. Among her many skills, she was an excellent amateur photographer. This book contains her photo of Otter Tail Lake in Chapter 29 on the American Midwest.
